FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We know that moving can be stressful, here are some frequently asked questions and answers.

I have never used storage before. How does it work?

Do not worry, the process is simple! Reserving your unit is the first step. Take inventory of the content that will require storage, and determine what size of unit that you will need. There is a description of each unit under the tab  BOOK NOW on our website. Our online booking process is easy, after you select the size of unit, you will be asked to complete a Customer Profile and Read and Sign the online Customer Rental Agreement. As soon as our system has updated your Customer profile you will receive a confirmation email with all of the information needed to move into your unit.

Will my items be safe?

Yes. At Ennismore storage we have 24 hr video surveillance, gated access with individual security codes, well lit units, motion detector lights and a fully fenced lot.

Does Ennismore Storage offer moving solutions?

Yes, we can offer moving support.

Do I need to bring my own lock for my unit?

No. When you register and set up your account it will automatically process the payment of a lock. We only allow a certain type of lock at our facility to ensure that your contents remain safe and secure. The lock that we use at Ennismore Storage is a Stainless Steel Disc Lock. As soon as you provide us with your move in day, we will have your lock ready for you at the unit.  The lock is yours to take with you when you move out...

Does there need to be someone at the office to let me through the gate?

No. That is the nice thing about our individual security code. This code will be emailed to you after you have provided payment details online. You will have access to enter and exit the lot with this code. Your security code is only valid on your move in day and disarmed after scheduled move out day.
